I just wanted to drop you a line or two to say that Maree was telling me how she had the most lovely day last Monday. She really loved it, the whole family did I think, and I know (as did she) that it’s your wonderful approach that really makes the difference. I was so pleased she enjoyed it so much (and have to say that I wasn’t surprised) Thanks heaps.
